If you are interested in joining my Build, Buy and Sell Mentoring Programme, and haven’t been able to attend one of the introductory Discovery Seminars, let's have a conversation on the phone about it just to check your suitability for the Programme. You can ask me any questions you've got about the Programme and at the end of the call we can decide whether to go ahead or not.
However, there are certain criteria for doing this call with me.
The first is that you are seriously interested in joining and this isn't just for a chat about buying and selling businesses, this is a serious conversation about you joining this Programme with no commitment at this stage on your part, apart from that serious interest. And by the end of the call - 20 - 30 minutes - we can decide whether it is right for you.
The second important thing is that you are serious about joining the Programme that starts in April. That's the next intake and we're going to be limiting the numbers. So the earlier we do this call, the better.
The third thing I'm going to do is I'm going to charge you for the call. We're actually going to debit your card for £400 plus VAT. Now, the purpose of this is not because I want your £400, it's because I want to put off the people who seriously aren't interested. I'm very protective of my time. There's only so many hours in the day and I typically only speak to one or two people a week. So if you'd like to be one of those two people, then my colleague Maria will sort out that payment with you. Now if you decide that you are going to join the Programme by the end of the call, then we'll just deduct that £400 off the Programme price. If you decide that you don't want to join the Programme at the end of that call, then we will refund your £400.
So, either way it costs you nothing but for making that initial payment. I think deters the people who really quite frankly are time wasters. The second thing that you need to know is the actual cost of the Programme. You need to know the size of the investment because there's no point us talking about you joining the Programme if it's something that you want to do but you can't currently afford to do. So you need to have a business that is able to support the cashflow of a £12, 000 - £15,000 investment. Now that's really important because if that is out of your reach right now, then having this call with me probably is the wrong time.
So you can tell from this I've done a lot to put people off. It's simply because hundreds of people look at this page every single week. And I really only want to speak to the one or two people who are seriously interested in joining the project Programme. So maybe you've listened to my podcasts, you've watched some of the videos on YouTube. You've certainly read the webpage all about the Mentoring Programme.
