Interestingly, despite Rob’s considerable business experience, he found the negotiation of the price and payment terms for his first acquisition the most challenging part of the process. We’ll hear what he did to overcome his negotiating reticence shortly – but I started by asking Rob what attracted him to acquiring a business in the first place.
